Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Coskingdom ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

Coskingdom is currently in beta. Features, policies, and these terms may change as we grow. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Coskingdom is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Coskingdom is built on respect and inclusivity. We call it the Golden Rule: treat others the way you want to be treated. By using the Platform, you agree to:

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Coskingdom, including photos, profiles, reviews, and messages. By posting content on the Platform, you grant Coskingdom a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Platform.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not upload content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property or violates any law.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to the community, without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• •Attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the Platform
• •Scraping data or using automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• •Using the Platform for commercial solicitation unless explicitly authorized
• •Circumventing any moderation actions or account restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or behave in a way that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated content will be removed from the Platform, though some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Coskingdom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Coskingdom is not responsible for user-generated content, including convention reviews, profile information, or messages exchanged between users. Convention details are provided for informational purposes and should be verified with official event sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coskingdom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to These Terms. We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of Coskingdom after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
