Beautiful Venue, Great Photo Opportunities
KatsuCon has the most beautiful convention venue I've ever experienced! The Gaylord's indoor gardens and gazebo are perfect for cosplay photoshoots. Despite being held in February, you can take gorgeous photos in a "outdoor" setting without freezing. The convention itself had great programming with interesting panels on cosplay crafting techniques. The maid cafe was adorable and authentic. My only complaint is that the rooms at the Gaylord are quite expensive.
